Poverty
Knowledge and skills are the keys to breaking the poverty barrier: financial support, however, is also necessary so that families can afford a proper education for their children. Without this financial support, many children in developing countries are forced into child labor, missing out on the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge to help them break the vicious cycle of poverty. The poor conditions of developing countries, as well as the incessant poverty, are naturally not conducive to education. Therefore, assistance is required from the rich developed countries to assist the poor developing countries so that they can properly educate and train their citizens. At the same time, developing countries must also do their part to properly manage their welfare, curb both corruption and crime, and provide a safe and enticing climate to attract overseas investments and create jobs and business opportunities. The success of these efforts will eventually attract more investments and perhaps create a momentum to help alleviate and ultimately eliminate poverty.
